Trump, modi speak regularly as trade talks contnue

 The White House announced on Tuesday that President Trump and Prime Minister Modi have regular conversations, with spokesperson Karoline Leavitt highlighting Trump’s admiration for Modi and the ongoing trade talks between the US and India.  



According to the White House on Tuesday, US President Donald Trump often communicates with Prime Minister Narendra Modi, and trade delegations from both nations are engaged in substantial discussions.  

“When asked about the status of the US-India relationship, White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt stated that the President holds significant respect for Prime Minister Modi, and they communicate fairly often.”

 13 arrested having connection with ISIS terror conspiracy



The National Investigation Agency (NIA) arrested 13 people in Karnataka and Maharashtra in connection with the ISIS terror conspiracy case. The raids were conducted in Pune and over 40 locations in both states. The case was registered in June this year. The NIA has previously arrested several individuals in the same area.

US blocks UN bid to call for ceasefire in Gaza

The United States has blocked a UN bid to call for a ceasefire in Gaza, despite Israel's ongoing offensive to destroy Hamas. The conflict has left 17,487 people dead in the Palestinian territory, mostly women and children. The UN Secretary-General invoked Article 99 of the UN Charter to convene an emergency Security Council meeting calling for an immediate ceasefire, urging the release of hostages but stating that the brutality of Hamas cannot justify collective punishment. The US, which supplies billions of dollars in military assistance to Israel, vetoed the resolution, despite warnings from the World Health Organization that civilization was collapsing in Gaza.
